Due to the customized nature of the jackets we make, all sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
If an error was made on your jacket on our end, please reach out immediately! We will remake your jacket and ship it out to you at no cost. The purchaser must contact Amethyst Jackets within 7 days after the order is delivered to request a correction. Any return requests made outside the 7 day window will not be granted. All cases will be reviewed prior to making a determination. Jackets must be in new and unworn condition, free of any dirt, markings, cosmetics, etc.
We aim to get your jackets to you as soon as possible. Changes and cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing an order. Any cancellation requests made outside the 24-hour window will not be granted.
